Roger Edward Newton Gough – ConsultantPractising in residential and commercial conveyancing, Wills and Probate. Roger went to Kings School in Macclesfield. He joined Wains straight from university in 1974, going on to open the new Congleton office in 1978 and still continues to represent clients in both towns.

Kevin Worthington – Designated MemberKevin qualified as a solicitor in Manchester in 2000 and joined Wains in 2008. He is a member of the Law Society Family Panel, which means he is a specialist in representing client in proceedings concerning divorce, separation and financial matters as well as domestic violence injunctions in the courts and case involving social services.

Nicola Grainger – Designated MemberNicola qualified in 2003 and joined Wains in August 2014. She advises on estate planning, wills, administration of estates, Lasting Powers of Attorney and the creation, administration and termination of trusts. She also has experience in dealing with estates involving agricultural, farming and business property.

Kate HancockKate qualified as a solicitor in 2005 in London. Originally practicing commercial litigation, she now enjoys assisting clients with all types of Property work. Whilst day to day she deals mainly with residential work, she has experience dealing with transfers of equity, farms and agricultural property, leases, and land acquired by adverse possession.

Sarah ClarkeSarah joined Wains in 2020 as a Conveyancing Executive. She deals with all aspects of Residential Conveyancing having specialised in Conveyancing in Macclesfield since 1999.
