Legal help is means tested and available if you can't afford legal representation to protect your legal rights. This service is offered at Wains Solicitors in order to protect your basic rights and allow a fair hearing to resolve issues in both criminal matters and matrimonial cases.

Evidence given at a Police Station is often reflective on the proceedings of a criminal case. Therefore our expert duty solicitor is available 24hrs a day 7 days a week for representation at the local Police Station. Whatever the position, Wains can give advice in the early stages of a case, inevitably protecting your legal rights.
