Residential Conveyancer

Pay: £28,000 - £45,000 per year

 

Job Description:

 

As a Residential Conveyancer you will join our expanding and experienced residential and commercial conveyancing department working from our Macclesfield office. You will have knowledge and experience of progressing case files from instruction through to post-completion.

 

About You:

 

You will be a Residential Conveyancer, ideally with a minimum of 2 years post qualification experience across all areas of residential conveyancing and possess the ability to manage a caseload whilst delivering outstanding service to clients.

The team you will be joining are extremely experienced, friendly and supportive and the role is open on either a full or part time basis.

Responsibilities

- Managing a typical high street conveyancing caseload including, sales, purchases, transfers of equity, remortgages and land.
- Liaising with clients, solicitors and third parties to progress transactions.
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
